About this Item
This map is a different enterprise late in the life of the Mid-West Map Company. Sears was the primary advertiser that allowed this map to be produced. Even though the map was printed with a Stockton CA address, the map was of Florida. the graphics are excellent and qiuite pictorial. The map deviated from the normal mono-blue. ink of the map company. By integrating bright yellow into their scheme, they brought a whole new visual dimension to their map. On the cover is a progression of autos from 1886 to 1936. The balance of the Sears Advertising is intense and pleasing to the eye. The commemorative medallion on is a striking display of Sears longevity as a business. Very good condition with separation and several fold junctions from normal use. Seller Inventory # 599
