Published in 1961, EPOS - Vol. 12 - No. 4, featured the Bukowski poem: Evening Class, 20 Years Later The poem has yet to be published again. Contributors include Charles Bukowsi, Lenore Kandel, Carol Kuo et al. EPOS: A Quarterly of Poetry was a journal edited by Evelyn Thorne and Will Tullos out of Cresent City, Florida. The first issue appeared in Fall 1949 and was published until the 1970s. Bukowski would appear in 12 issues of EPOS between 1959 and 1970. One 'extra' issue of Epos was entirely devoted Bukowski, entitled "Poems and Drawings". Released in 1962, it is considered Bukowski's sixth poetry collection. This copy is in Near Fine condition with some inevitable wear to the white covers and a bump on the bottom of the spine. Overall, a beautiful copy of this early supporter of Bukowski s work Box 7.
