A very well-presented copy, with some minor rubbing around the outer edges and ends of the spine from normal handling and shelving, but no major wear, gilt titles and bands remain bright and attractive. Contents are largely well-presented, with a few small nicks and tears at the edges of the first few pages repaired and reinforced with conservation tape, and some larger abrasions on p. iii-iv, but the rest is clean throughout with no major wear.
