Haldane [The Thinker's Library, No. 44], 1934, first impression; Education by Herbert Spencer [The Thinker's Library, No. 2], 1941, fourth impression; Let the People Think by Bertrand Russell [The Thinker's Library, No. 84],1941, first impression; Religion Without Revelation by Julian Huxley [The Thinker's Library, No. 83], 1941, first impression;Octavo/8vo, each book measures around 6 5/8" by 4 3/8" and varying between around 3/8" and 5/8" thick. No dust jackets. Red and orange-brown pictorial cloth binding, black lettering and detail to front boards and spines. A little marking and some scuffing to binding but reasonably clean. Some discolouration to spines. Signs of wear, rubbing at edges and on hinges. Bindings quite firm. Page edges a little browned, scuffed, foxed and marked in varying degrees. Some marking to endpapers, the odd bit of foxing but page surfaces generally quite clean.
