The texts are printed in the Times New Roman using a Canon i9100 inkjet printer, as are all reproductions of the book illustrations and paintings. The edition is one hundred copies signed and numbered by the author and printer. Twenty of these are intended for project employees and will not be put on the market. 47 odd-numbered copies are bound by Herman van der Kruik in Vlaardingen, 47 even-numbered copies by Rein Sap in Capelle aan den IJssel. A total of forty copies are bound in half leather and 27 in linen. In addition, six copies in quires were delivered to other binders. 34 x 26 cm This book in grey, gold stamped linen is No. 43.
