DUST JACKET: No jacket BOOK CONDITION: All pages, including end papers, are present, clean and intact but the text block is well shaken and almost completely detached from the covers. Some soiling to boards and fraying at spine ends but covers are also intact. Obvious issues but quite a scarce book. DESCRIPTION: Photo illustrated with a section is color. Seller Inventory # 007439
