Hardcover, Dark blue cloth covers with gilt embossed title to cover, 64 pp, 6.25 in x 4.5 in, First Edition 1920, Book Condition: Very Good, some soil to covers, light shelf wear, end papers lightly tanned, internally clean and unmarked. Contents: Fictional story about the building up of an ordinary business institution around 1919 seen through the eyes of a worker in a shoe factory. Through the story the protagonist learns the building blocks of business and is introduced to the concepts of socialism's pros and cons. The protagonist wades through his changing world to find his right path. Excerpts of this book were originally printed in The Open Shop Review in 1921 which was published by the National Founders Association and the National Metal Trades Association.
