First Edition. About Very Good cloth with a slight stain on the upper corner of the rear board. In dustwrapper with small tears, and a stain in the same corner of the back panel. Frontispiece, sketch of Vanya and David. This was once in the no longer extant Orcas Island Theosophical Library, and has minor private library markings on endpapers. This is a rare occult/supernatural novel by a member of Louis Untermeyer's Poetical Society, in her youth a labor and suffrage activist. Seller Inventory # 5164
