About this Item
Forest green cloth on boards with blind stamped border ruling on front and rear. Front has gilt titling and spruce bough, spine has gilt titling. Book is Very Good plus - tight, square and with no prior owners markings or flaws. It does have an advertisement affixed to the front endpaper for a model of an "old corner book store". In the rear, black and white engraving reproductions are pasted in and small notes in pencil let the viewer know what page the illustrations refers to. Nice frontispiece of Uncle Lisha. Edited by Llewellyn R. Perkins, Foreword by Fred Lewis Pattee and Introduction by Dorothy Canfield Fisher. 1st thus. Seller Inventory # blb01695
