A very good or better copy of this wonderful and scarce pop-up book. Features an original story and six large, double-page pop-ups (10 x 10 x 10 inches) about two boys and their dog sailing all over the world in search of the perfect ship. Light edgewear to pictorial boards, small abrasion at lower front cover from price sticker removal, and two extremely faint tape ghosts along side edges of front cover. All pop-ups in excellent condition and in working order including second mast of pirate ship (with red cross) which is often found missing. Minor repair with clear archival tape to reverse of tail of Egyptian ship, which can catch the edge of adjacent pop-up if not carefully closed. An excellent copy. Seller Inventory # 008821
