Dylan's first book, a work of poetry organized in a prose format. A nice copy of the first trade edition. Published during one of Dylan's creative peaks, this book is a wonderful example of the artists' free-form, playful style that he brings to the narration of stories and poetry. A Near Fine book with a slight push to the top textblock and a name and date (1971) written on the free front endpaper; dust jacket is Very Good with a few tiny chips and tears to the extremities.
