Top edge a little dust soiled, circular blind impressed original book seller name and place to top corner of front free end paper- Franklin, Central Rlwy Station Newcastle. Pencil name of author to reverse. Erased previous owner name to top margin of title with date remaining under-1852. Light occasional marginal soiling, binding remains fairly tight but unsurprisingly glue to back strip beginning to fail, sewing and mull remains secure with no cracks to end papers.
