Stapled tan pictorial wrappers. 8vo. 32pp. Illustrated. Scarce trade catalogue for this company which speacialized in the manufacture of agricultural plows suitable for use in the Northeast. Harry Wiard invented the chilling process in plow manufacture. The company was founded as the Robinson Chilled Plow Company in 1876 and changed its name 3 years later. It was eventually purchased by John Deere in 1911. This catalogue is not dated but there are references made to 1882 models. There are descriptions and illustrations for such items as: vineyard and garden plows; wood beam plows; hillside plows; sulky plows; gang plows; wing shovel plows; tooth harrows; frame cultivators; road scrapers; haying tools and much more. A good copy with some soiling to the covers and a small chip to the bottom of the front cover. The text is very good and clean. Seller Inventory # 7765
