Very rare first edition of this enchanting book. 17 x 11 x 2 cm. Black embossed Morocco appearance blue boards with gilt title stamp to front and spine. Colour frontispiece. B/W drawing illustrations. Pages not numbered. CONDITION: moderate wear and bumping to spine ends and board corners. Slight marks to back board. Ownership inscription of front pastedown. Wear near spine at front pastedown. Light marking and discolouration to prelims. Edges dusted. Internally clean. Some loosening of binding towards the back.
