Black and white frontispiece - a portrait of shakespeare. 360pp. Internally unmarked save for inscription, binding more or less sound. Boards still vibrant, rubbing to rear. Heavy wear to spine extremities, moderate wear/fraying to rear edges. Topstain rather faded. Endpapers front and rear perforated at hinges. First page with two 1/2" tears to edges. Mild, even toning to pages. Binding, while somewhat limber, sound and without conspicuous weaknesses. This is a copy still with much life. Uncommon. Seller Inventory # ABE-1684952285814
