Stated First Edition. Once listed, this will be the Only First Edition with a dust jacket for sale anywhere on the Internet. It is described as 'a penetrating inquiry into the bewildering attitudes towards sex in America today' (today of course being 1962, but how much could anything change in only 55 years?). Happily, the condition of this book hasn't changed all that much since it was published. Sex is still sex and the green covers are still green covers, spotless green covers. And the red lettering on the spine is very bright. And there is not much wear on the covers to speak of. On to the interior. The pages of the book are very, very clean. In fact I didn't see any soiling at all, not even on the inside covers or end papers. Nor did I see any creasing or dogeared corners. And no one has written their name or anything else anywhere in the book. Finally, there aren't any markings or attachments. And the book is very solidly bound, square, straight, and tight. You can see the dust jacket in the first three photographs. It is quite clean. There's a little bit of darkening of the red color on the spine. You can see a few scuffs, several along the edge of the spine and at the top of the spine. There's a short tear off the bottom edge of the rear cover. The jacket is NOT price-clipped.
