First Printing from June 1934 in its original jacket with a price of $2.75 on the jacket's flap. The green binding is patterned discolored and turned to brown and there is a a bookplate on the third preliminary page, otherwise a nice copy. The jacket has loss to the top of the spine and to the corners and an inch long rip/abrasion to the bottom of the back panel. The spine of the jacket is darkened. Despite flaws, a nice copy of an uncommon book and jacket. Contains seven of Well's most important works, including; The Time Machine and War of the Worlds. Seller Inventory # 1206164
