Publisher's red pictorial cloth, lettering in yellow edged with black, pictorial artwork to spine and front cover, spine panel faded, wear at top/lower edge of spine, light lllustrations by Dudley Hardy, marks to covers, corners a little bumped, end-papers tanned and foxed, name in ink on label affixed to front paste-down, else a near Very Good copy. Very scarce short story collection with tales included by, Clo Graves, B.L. Farjeon, Florence Marryat, G. Manville Fenn, Mrs Campbell Praed, Justin Huntley McCarthy and Clement Scott.
