Jean Aubry); 317 pp., with the printed, [4]pp. publisher's insert with a notice of "The Rover", and mention of four other Conrad titles, and a Bender portrait design of Conrad, after the Arbuthnot photo, with a reproduction of Conrad's signature. Dark green, textured cloth, with titling gilt on the spine and front cover; unclipped, pastel color-printed, design dustjacket with printed UK price present. The gilt on the spine has faded, the front inner hinge shows some partial cracking to the paper; light edge wear, with some small chips to the dustjacket, tanning to dustjacket spine, dusting to dustjacket. This copy shows a later, wraparound clear plastic dustjacket, and is in a light green cloth-covered slipcase. The slipcase edges/margins show some fading, light tanning.
