VG, 1803, 1st ed, 4 pls. In c1950s half green morocco, over green cloth, gilt tooling, corners and edges rubbed Spine, faded, lightly worn, raised bands, gilt titles & tooling. Internally, half title, frontis, [5], (vi-xii), [1], 2-224 pp, [4] index, 4 pls (3 folding), marbled endpapers, bookplate to fpd (Haldane McFall, 1860-1928?), pencil notes to fep, the plates are a B&W view of Beddkelart (small damp mark to 1 corner), and 3 etchings of some of the principal mountainous views, some very light edge browning, t.e.g. (Lowndes 1153. Allibone 929) Hutton, historian who enjoyed many recreations, which included music, boating, fishing, fives, excursions around Birmingham, and visits to the races at Nottingham. See ODNB.
