This hardcover book, published in 1905, is a First Edition. It is Volume II only. It is in Very Good condition. There is light wear to the cover, mainly at the top and bottom of the spine. A name has been written in ink on the back of the front cover. There is no dust jacket. The pages are all clean and the spine is strong. The gutters are just starting to separate. The foldout color map is still attached near the back of the book. The book comes from a smoke free home.
