84 pages. Unique hand made hardback binding, with cotton Radio Times & flowers sewn on, covering brown boards, in good condition, minor dirt. Contents is the paperback Radio Times within, condition good, a couple of folded corners, minor edge ageing. This issue has page numbers 629 to 716, but lacks the centre pages 671-674, presumably mostly photographic/photographs ect. about the royal wedding. It covers all the regional and national stations programmes, this being radio as television did not start till 1936. At this times covers the regional stations including West, North, Scottish, Belfast, Newcastle, Aberdeen, London, Midland etc., and mentions the different wavelengths, and the programmes mostly from about 10.15am or 10.45am to 11.15pm to midnight. These old radio time rarely survive as the paper used was very thin and was not made to last much more than a week. This one has survived only because it was in the unique hand made hardback binding. At time of listing very few pre television copies for sale, and no other copy for sale of this date. See all photo s of the item.
