The autobiography of a man who has spent most of his life with horses, has travelled widely and has many interesting and amusing stories to tell of horses and humans. The book contains excellent descriptions of the author's ecperiences in the Yeomanry during the First World War; of happy days in Ireland, hunting and racing in New Zealand, Polo and various other topics.
