The Private Ear, The Public Eye: Two Plays by Peter Shaffer, Hardcover, First UK Edition (1962). Book in very good condition, in a similar unclipped dust jacket. The book has very slight spine bumping, with a sticker to the inside front page detailing the previous owner's name and address. The dust jacket shows general wear and ageing, including internally, with a very small rust mark where a paper clip has been to the inside dust jacket and front cover. Overall a very good, tight and clean copy of this book. (See pictures). The plays were first presented at the Globe Theatre, London, on May 10th 1962, with Maggie Smith and Kenneth Williams among the actors performing. Seller Inventory # 001162
