Each plays has a title-page dated 1890, and a printed note by the author at the end of each play. Paper shows the Van Gelder name watermark. Tan cloth over boards, gilt-lettered title on the spine: PLAYS BY ROBERT BRIDGES; cream glazed paper endpapers, top-edge gilt.
