About this Item
For the Council for the Preservation of Rural England, most likely 1929, no date inside. Brown buckram boards with gilt lettering . Very good no dustwrapper. 52 illustrations both full page photographic and sketches. Book very clean. With A C.P.R.E. Buckinghamshire Branch 8 page Aims leaflet which is heavily foxed but no offset from it on the book. 3 original prints of Penn. 1) circa 1910 of the Penn countryside.2) Penn church,a vignette 1920s 3) Trinity Church Penn Street Bucks possibly 19th century laid in by a former owner.
