The book is supplied with the Supplement which was published in1982 with addenda and corrections. The two volumes which were originally published as softbacks, have been rebound by the original owner as a single hardback covered in black leathercloth with an attractive tan leather spine and corners with a gold embossed title to the spine.A neat original owner's bookplate is attached to the inside front cover.
