First Edition of author's first book of poems. Publisher's blue cloth with printed paper label to the spine. Endpapers slightly browned. With a long, handwritten inscription to the front endpaper, dated 1920, but not from the author. A very good copy. Manning-Sanders was best known for her children's fairy tale books which she brought out at the rate of one a year from 1962 to 1984. She published more than 90 books during her lifetime.
