a portfolio of artwork by Janina Ede comprising 22 pen and ink finished-quality "roughs" (2 with Brockhampton stamps on the verso with the artist's name), plus 8 pencil roughs, and one colour rough for the first edition of this, the first of the Winklsea series, along with the FINISHED artwork for the wraparound cover of the 1971 Puffin paperback, image 15.6" x 11.8" in gouache on artboard (no lettering, a lovely picture for framing), along with a set of galley proofs, three photographs of the ORIGINAL "gift from Winklesea" - very similar to the one used on the first edition d/w, along with a copy of the paperback, none signed, a marvellous opportunity to see an artist at work.
