In Illustrated light card pictorial covers - identical front and back. This is, in effect, a double page booklet with a single pop-up inside with the 'Old King Cole was a Merry Old Soul." Verse to the foot of the pop-up. Delightful illustrations by Geraldine Clyne. Copyright 1953 and a US and Canadian Patent numbers noted on the bottom edge of both covers. The covers open up to a pop-up of Old King Cole sitting on his throne in a palace room setting with musicians. The covers are in fine condition - clean and crisp. The pop-up scene is intact and all standing sharp where placed. There is only one pop-up. In full colour except for the background of the black printed verse. Charming!
