About this Item
first edition in original binding, blind embossed green cloth with curly wurly gilt around titling on front board, dulled with time, remaining clear. Minor wear to spine ends, fore-corners bumped, hinges supple. Endpaers firm in the gutters, the cream coloured coated stock has darkened quite a bit from an inch inwards, probably a slow reaction with the glue. The text block has separated from the inner backing card, so the signatures are loosening with chords still holding firm. We will firm up the binding if requested prior to sending, or leave it to your trusty book doctor, either way, it has survived well and is OK as-is. The pages are generally clean and not much age darkened. Free of ownermarks. 183pp. Size: 12mo. Seller Inventory # L22148
