Original full calf. Large octavo. 630pp. First edition. An alphabetical listing of place names and locations in the United States printed in double columns. A good copy with some scuffing and wear to the binding. The front cover hinge is cracked but secure. The text is good with some scattered foxing and some spotting to a few page margins. A few corners are folded and the first few pages are lightly creased. There is an early ink name on the inside cover. Foreign postage extra on this heavy item. Seller Inventory # 10558
