First edition. 8vo. Original cloth. Dust-jacket. Cloth a little mottled at edges; jacket with several tears and larger chips to spine ends and corners. Illustrations and wrap-around jacket artwork by Kenneth Lovell. The third of the 'Naughtiest Girl' series by Enid Blyton, recounting the ongoing adventures & misadventures of Elizabeth Allen & chums at the progressive boarding school Whyteleafe. The series was rebooted in 1999 by British author Anne Digby. Due to the war-time production values the Blyton titles from the series are all tricky to find in good condition.
