Lists: Dust Jacket Front Flap: Larkspur Lane with G&D listings on reverse of DJ (1st printing issue point) Dust Jacket Rear Flap: Mystery Stories For Girls - Judy Jordan's Discovery Dust Jacket Back Cover: Judy Bolton - Yellow Phantom Book front list: Lists to itself on Copyright page Book has no creased page corners (few insect burr holes to right outer page edge - no text affected), no age darkening/drop spots to redish orange top stain and no fading, slight age darkening/dust soiling to outer page edges (no foxing), endpapers are clean and free from any soiling or discoloration, no tearing or splitting of page block from internal hinges, no former owner's markings or used bookseller stamps/stickers inside, no wear to board edges, wear to bottom left corner on rear board, hint of wear to spine tips, no age darkening/sun fading to outer page edges, no color wear or surface color tears to boards, spine sun fading (found even with books in dust jackets), just a hint of white foxing to boards (common defect with Nancy Drew books of this vintage), no bumped board corners. Dust Jacket has no chipping, tearing or creasing, slight wear to spine tips with largish 'v' losses to spine tip corners, hint of wear to front flap crease with 'v' losses to flap crease corners, hint of edge wear, tion y spot to rear panel otherwise no soiling or staining, slight dust rubbing to white rear panel & spine, no color rubbing to front panel, no spine sun darkening (spine was published slightly yellow rather than the white of the rear panel). Overall a VG+ book in VG+ condition DJ (not price clipped) of a Nancy Drew hardcover very rare 1st printing book with 1st printing dust jacket.
