First edition stated, $4.95 price present on dust jacket (with code 9/66 on front flap and author photo on back flap). Poetic line on page 46 begin with "The state." Condition is exceptional, there are two 1/32" spots of wear at the bottom corners of the spine on the dust jacket; otherwise it is exceptional clean, square and straight and as close to F/F as I can imagine, for a book now nearly fifty years old.
