About this Item
1961. xxx, 288pp. "'Moral Education' is a convincing and provocative argument for establishing a strong secular morality, and perhaps also the best illustration of Durkheim's applied sociology . Often controversial, 'Moral Education' never displays any schism between theoretical and applied sociology: the problem of the nature of the social bond informs the whole of the work." Quarter beige cloth over brown cloth boards. There is a little shelf wear to the covers of the price-clipped dust jacket with sunning/fading to the spine. There is a bump to the top of the book spine. Previous owner's signature to FP. Both book and dust jacket are otherwise in excellent condition. All contents are tight and clean. There are no other inscriptions. Seller Inventory # SocialScience39
