About this Item
This humor book, written in poetic meter throughout, features many satirical full-page glossy black and white illustrations. The book's front and back covers are identical, drawn in a very unusual combination of Art Nouveau and surrealist imagery well before its time. This Very Good copy is internally Near Fine, but externally has wear to tips and spine. It's difficult to ascertain if the humor and brilliant illustrations in this centenarian tome are misogyist or a very early sampling of feminism. Seller Inventory # 092721-8
