First edition, first printing, second state DJ. 8vo. Black cloth with gilt title labels on spine and on front board. The labels have darkened. Pages 8 and 9 have light tea stains. A small damp-stain on the lower margin of the front board. In a printed DJ with the price present. The DJ is the later version, with blurbs on both fold-ins and on front cover.
