Paperback. Condition: New. Print on Demand. This book concerns itself with the subject of women's health and pregnancy, framed through the lens of the author's medical expertise and experience as a woman and mother. The author challenges prevailing notions of the inherent pain and suffering associated with childbirth, proposing instead that these difficulties are predominantly societal impositions stemming from irrational fears, improper nutrition, insufficient exercise and incorrect clothing. Through detailed analysis of historical medical attitudes which have engendered widespread apprehensions, the author argues for embracing pregnancy as a natural process. Her approach seeks to bolster women's understanding of their own bodies and the realities of childbirth, advocating for a mindset focused on joy rather than fear. By empowering women to approach their pregnancies with knowledge and confidence, this book endeavors to transform the experience of motherhood into one of fulfilment and pleasure. This book is a reproduction of an important historical work, digitally reconstructed using state-of-the-art technology to preserve the original format. In rare cases, an imperfection in the original, such as a blemish or missing page, may be replicated in the book. print-on-demand item. Seller Inventory # 9781330353653_0
