Frederic Wood Jones (1879 - 1954) was a British anatomist and embryologist, as well as zoologist and anthropologist who spent many years in Australia. He was noted for his hypothesis of non anthropoid human evolution, the Tarsian hypothesis, and his opposition to Darwin's theory. Chapters 22 and 23, "The Tarsiers". 8vo, 372pp, b&w ills throughout.
