1st 1958. Very good condition in an almost very good dustwrapper. Mr Bumstead is a spaniel, with a gift for getting into scrapes. Red boards, blue title and black vignette to spine. B/w illustrations. Spine bumped. Small dark spots to top edge of front cover by corner and outside edge by lower corner. Some light browning to endpapers and prelims. Pen lines to lower corner of page 59, text not affected. Some light foxing to text block with small light stain to top edge. Dustwrapper is edge worn, torn and chipped with a little loss at top of spine. Tears to side of spine have been repaired on verso with clear tape. Spine is faded, rear panel is browned.
