D/W faded spine, worn edges with creases, tears, and some loss along the top 1", bottom of spine missing. Part label left on front, front flap clipped at top. Still quite an attractive coloured map. Dark maroon boards with City of London arms on front have brown 8mm strip along the base. Pencil insc mostly erased on fep. Contents otherwise clean firm and vg.
