Live and Let Die by Ian Fleming: First Edition 1954, Jonathan Cape, London, In very good condition with a second state dust jacket. Original black cloth boards with a gilt medallion to the front and gilt titles to the spine. Plain white end papers. The colours of the illustration and lettering are a little dulled. White end papers. Clean contents. The dust jacket stated, ¿Jacket devised by author, and executed by Kenneth Lewis¿. This is located with a space after the text on the front flap, and appears as almost floating between the text and the empty space on the rest of the flap, indicating 2nd state. Matte jacket paper. Hot purple/pink jacket with yellow titles in very good condition and bright. Chipping on the top of the spine of the jacket. Corners very lightly worn. The jacket is very slightly shorter than the book. Price 10s 6d. net on jacket flap located to the front and rear flaps. Rear panel has reviews for Casino Royale. Seller Inventory # 000547
