12mo. 246 pages. Hardcover in yellow and red illustrated dust jacket, now in mylar. The jacket is worn and has chipping and edge-wear and some soiling from handling, especially on the rear panel There is some damp spotting at the top edge of the jacket's rear panel. A one inch chip is missing from headcap . Some foxing of jacket flaps. The top edge of the text block and the text have occasional smudges. Sylvia Dee (1914-1967) was a lyricist and a novelist. She wrote the words for "Too Young," a hit by Nat King Cole and the lyrics for "The End of the World" sung by Skeeter Davis. Seller Inventory # 042603
