Here offered is the first appearance of Little Big Man, which was originally published as a short story titled "How the West Was Lost" in the March, 1964 edition of Esquire. This first appearance is very rare - it took us an exceptionally long time to locate this copy. This comes with the magazine IN TOTAL. We have not removed the pages from the binding, which is tight. Magazine shows some light cover/shelf wear, particularly at the top and bottom of spine. Seller Inventory # 000375
