Cover: green cloth covered boards with gilt lettering to front and spine and gilt shield to front; very bright and clean for its age; some slight rubbing to all edges commensurate with age and use, but generally in very good condition. Internally: very clean and tightly bound; no inscriptions or book plates; top edges originally green but faded, some darkening to others; decorative paste downs and end papers.
