About this Item
A volume in a series of books by Charles King that are decorated in matching covers. This copy comes from the estate of a King collector. This copy is in very good condition considering the age of the book. Complete with publisher's advertisements in front and back. Book is rubbed and bumped along edges and corners, and there is a small stain on the bottom edge of the front cover. Otherwise this copy is very good - tightly bound and complete with a slightly cocked spine. Pages are toned as one would expect. This book includes the bookplate (front pastedown) and a stamp of George H. Knight of Adin, California. Knight owned a general store in Adin which was established in 1871. Hardcover in blue decorated cloth. Seller Inventory # 942
