Known for his work with John Wesley, becoming a key interpreter of Wesleyan theology. The book is bound in an old full leather binding with embossed patterned decoration to boards, 7.25 inches tall approx., 179 pages, illustrated with two plates. The binding is marked and rubbed with some splits to upper joint though board still firmly attached, lacks most of the spine title label, internally foxing to endpapers and title page, some slight surface wear to lower part of title page else in good general condition.
