Boards have moderate sunning and rubbing on spine and edges. Early pages have minimal underlining by prior owner. Illustrations from photographs by Charles S. Olcott- there are fifteen of them , in addition to the frontispiece, showing the House of The Seven Gables on Turner Street. The front flypaper has a piece cut out along with a handwritten "1935-Spring", along with some yellowing. Seller Inventory # 511
