VG-. Blanchard A68 (1925). A history of the regiment from its formation to the end of World War 1. There is brief reference to the death of the author's brother Alastair at the Battle of Arras in April 1917. 502 pages. Bound in red cloth with gold lettering and a gold regimental badge on the front. There is a frontispiece and 11 other illustrations as well as 36 maps. The outer and lower edges are uncut. The spine is faded and is rubbed at the ends. There is a narrow faded strip along the bottom edge of the front cover and a faded area on the rear adjacent to the spine. The covers have one or two small marks. There is a bookplate on the front paste-down. Seller Inventory # 8891
